The concept of XOXO- Art Teachers was originally started by a couple of art teachers with a passion for art and a desire to step away from the public school setting. With over 13 years in art education, we bring an expert understanding of working with children and a love of all things art!

There are so many reasons why art is important but the primary focus at XOXO is to foster a love for creating! We want students to be immersed in a world of color and design while learning art skills and techniques to enhance their artistic expression!

During a semester of classes, students will be introduced to the elements of art as well as techniques used by the great artists through a guided series we call Mini Muse! They will create in a variety of mediums including watercolor, acrylic paint, oil pastels, chalk pastels, markers, crayons, collage, clay, and many more!

At the end of the semester, your student’s work will be featured in a gallery art show to celebrate all that they’ve accomplished! In addition to their featured pieces at the art show, students will also come home with a portfolio of work displaying the skills learned!
